The restaurant is owned and run by shellfish farmers who grow mussels, scallops and oysters in the clear, unpolluted sealochs of the West Coast of Scotland. Shellfish feed naturally by filtering plankton from the sea and no chemicals or additives are used to influence growth. They are, in effect, a truly natural 'green' food. The restaurant serves only the top quality mussels and so ensures that the mussels that you aeat are the finest in Scotland.
